Red Fender is Steven Kaufman, whose career has been as broad as it has been geographically diverse. The progression has been linear throughout positions with increasing responsibility: manufacturing, product management, product development, corporate management and Chapter 11 restructuring.

Steven took that experience and started several companies including Routeware, Inc., which sold in 2018. He is currently acting as CEO of EF Recovery while continuing his service to a stable of clients.
